INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”) provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.
Happy Selfie processes data in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, guided by principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, and by the protection of the privacy and rights of its customers and, in general, of those who disclose their data. Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Happy Selfie is required to provide certain information regarding the use of personal data acquired for any reason.

1. PURPOSE AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

Happy Selfie processes data primarily using IT tools, with logic and methods strictly related to the purpose of the business organization. The data will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules required by law, even in the event of disclosure to third parties. The collected data will be retained and processed for the duration of the supply relationships for the products and services that form the subject of Happy Selfie’s business, or for any longer period required by law.

2. OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO RESPOND.

Providing data is optional. Failure to provide certain data and/or the resulting failure to authorize the use of the data will make it impossible for Happy Selfie to provide its services.

3. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

The data may be disclosed to our data processing personnel and to third-party companies when necessary to ensure the provision of products and services. The data will not be disclosed to other parties nor will it be disclosed unless required by law.

4. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The customer may exercise their rights towards the data controller at any time, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Specifically, the data controller may:

obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
obtain information on the source of the personal data, the purpose and methods of their processing; the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means; the identification details of the data controller, the data processor, and the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as data processors or agents.
obtain the updating, rectification, or integration of the data; their deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; and certification that such operations have been brought to the attention of any persons to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed.
Object to the processing of your personal data for justified reasons or if it is used for sending advertising materials, direct marketing, or for market research.
